A quiet ritual, slowly perfected over thirty-six winters.

Founded in 1987 in a small atelier on the Left Bank, Veloura was born from a single obsession: to make chocolate that feels less like confection and more like couture.

Each piece begins with rare cacao from a single estate, aged patiently, tempered by hand, and finished in chocolate that has been turned over a marble slab for hours โ€” the way our founder learned it in Brussels, 1979.
